Small fix to counter Gmail adding extra <font size=2> tags

Small update to support Gmail's change around the chat status menu

NEW FEATURES:
- Added new option to promote bold, italics, and underline formatting options.

IMPROVEMENTS:
- BIG refactor of compose actions and formatting options. Formatting options are now all on the left and compose actions are all on the right. You can get to all formatting options even when you promote some and it is more resilient to overflow issues at different screen resolutions.
- Apply inbox tab background to imgThemes too
- Support Simplify pref direct links and right-click to get them to main menu items and other deeper toggles
- Rename “Debug” preferences to Advanced (as I'm going to put the sync prefs options in here) and change the icon

- Fix bug from Gmail change where clicking on a message in the reading pane doesn’t show that message as selected
- Fix the promoted “View all” bundle button not working sometimes; I’m also now hiding the "View all in <label>" in the Bundles more actions menu when the "View all" action is promoted

Urgent fix for syncing dark mode with OS – Gmail changed the code around the theme dialog and Simplify isn’t able to find the [Save] button.

- Move the “View all” button to after the other actions (I was accidentally pressing it instead of Archive) and only show it if the the bundle is open
- Add a button to check for an active plan in Safari that doesn't link out

- Bundle titles now always have the label in a pill. Turning off “Apply label color” in Simplify preferences just switches to a default light or dark gray depending on the Gmail theme.

- Use 24px border radius on messages even if avatars are disabled (now the hover border matches the background shape)
