por Usuário 13842727 do Firefox, há 7 anosIt works, that's nice. But it appeared to be too cumbersome to use.
Clicking the plugin icon in the toolbar did nothing here (FF58). (Why is it there then?)
The only way I could quickly find to make it speak:
1. Select text. (Perhaps this is optional.)
2. Right-click (selected) text.
3. Select Open TTS Window from the context menu.
4. Click Play in the popup.
I've been spoiled by "Read Out Loud" in Chrome, so I uninstalled this one, sorry.

- Voices aren't organized in any way. Very slow to load the drop down every single time. Doesn't seem to respect the volume slider. Very loud ear-shredding 90s-quality voices. No documentation about how it connects to the "OS" TTS engine, so it isn't clear to me how I would begin to go about getting better voices.
Maybe works well on other OSes, but not on this one. - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Usuário 14049909 do Firefox, há 3 anosbeen searching for a good text to speech and found this one
