Ghostery is the next best option or Brave but I have some doubts it won't be forced to move to MV3. Otherwise, the trend is to move toward a hybrid/Fork Chrome browser or a FireFox clone. Regular FF is too slow, heavy on CPU use, and writes more in the background than other browsers.

And you don't even notice it's there. Recommend to anyone, this is hands down the best ad blocker avaliable.

- One of, if not the best ad/content blocker om the planet. Chrome made a huge mistake deleting this essential extension off of their extension store. Over my 5 years that I've used this extension, i havs found no problems with it whatsoever! 5/5, basically essential for having a nice browser experience.
