- What I liked so much about the original add on was that you could get to the World Reference translating page of a word just by highlighting it and then pressing the D key. I still miss this. Can't you implement it ?
Does anybody know an extension that does that ? (obviously I don't need it to be the D key, could be any other letter but no right clicking)Resposta do desenvolvedor
publicado há 7 anosA new version was uploaded which includes the hotkey "T" to open a new tab and you can toggle that option on in the settings page. However, I couldn't find a way yet to prevent the new tab to be considered as a pop up for the browser. This means you need permission for the site your are using to allow pop ups.
If pop ups are not allowed for the current site, more clicks would be needed to open the new tab and it'd be better to just use the floating link.
I hope you find this useful :) - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Usuário 13747193 do Firefox, há 7 anosYay finally this app is back for other languages! I had become very dependent on the old one which disappeared after firefox update... Thank you for modifying this so the target language can be changed. It actually took awhile for it to work: in the beginning it still translated to Spanish despite being set to French, but I repeated the process a few times closing and opening the browser and now it works perfectly... Thank you!

publicado há 7 anosJust with F5 should work after saving the configuration, but I'll see if I can fix that in the next version, maybe adding support for another language.
I'm glad you like it :)
I made this addon because I wanted to use the previous one for the fifth time and I couldn't.
