- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Paul Shryock , há 10 mesesThe new UI is really bad. This extension used to be great, but now it's not very usable.
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18758772 , há 10 mesesWas 5 stars before UI update in December of 2024. The new one makes accessing identity and credit card fills much harder. There were no issues with the old UI. Please revert back to it.
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por DS , há 10 mesesNew version lost features I used. No longer has solarized theme and favorites are sorted by use and not able to change sort. Password management is still 5 stars but new version's user experience is losing 2 stars. This maybe not be an issue for all but found it to be an issue for me.
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18756518 , há um ano5 stars until the new UI update. Please revert to clicking the entire item for auto-filling. Needing to press a tiny "fill" button is a poor user experience.
- The latest UI changes are a serious step backwards, and seem to be in the category of "Change for the sake of change". Logically, the number one thing a user does when opening the extension is auto-fill a login - so why is that function relegated to a tiny button and clicking anywhere else opens the saved information, without even a further button to autofill from that point? It's very counterproductive and frustrating.
- Used to be 5-stars. They updated the UX/UI and to fill a password, you have to click a small "Fill" button. This makes using the extension more tedious and difficult than it needs to be.
Compare this to the old version where you could click anywhere on the item - a major downgrade for the sake of "updating the UI".Resposta do programador
publicado a há 10 mesesHi. Mare sure you are on version 2024.12.4 or above, then check under Bitwarden Settings > Autofill > "Click items to autofill on Vault view" and Bitwarden Settings > Appearance > "Show quick copy actions on Vault" if you want to restore previous functionality that you may prefer. - Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18753713 , há um anoThe new UI makes using this good program much more difficult to use. It even affects being able to login to some sites. Sometimes "progress" is actually a step far backwards. Please go back to the prior UI.
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 13523419 , há um anoGreat product plagued by another unneeded, useless, and counterproductive update. Why do dev teams do this? Are you just trying to justify your salaries? I actually like the new look, but what is the purpose of changing the behavior of user interactions? Before, if I clicked on an item I had searched in the extension, it would fill it on the onscreen form. Now, it opens the details. ??? Why is this expected or useful behavior ???
- Was great till last update. Look and feel is just uncomfortable now. Especially display all items in main tab. This is some kind of misunderstanding. I want ONLY the login and password for the current site there and not all of them! Please hide it. Did anyone complain about the previous design? no! and now everyone is complaining about the new design. Don't fix something that isn't broken! "fill" button? really?
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18611891 , há um anoEDIT: I suddenly got it to work by checking the "Require verification for browser integration" setting, setting up Biometrics in the Firefox extension, and then after logging in, unchecking the setting again. Now it works every time. Weird why this was necessary.
Sadly, the Fingerprint reading feature stopped working. It just says "Unable to set up biometrics
Action was canceled by the desktop
application", but the Desktop version is the latest, and it actually prompts me for a fingerprint scan. I don't know why this stopped working, but this was the one feature that was making Bitwarden worth it for me. Resposta do programador

Update : Kudos to Bitwarden for listening to the users and making some of the UI changes reversible. I *still* feel like the extension (and the app) are more visually cluttered and less performant, but it's back to "good enough" at least. - Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18749995 , há um anoUpdate 2025.01.21: Updating review to 3/5 starts. There is now a setting to restore clicking on the item to fill. Updating review to 3/5 stars as only time will tell if the developer has learned to communicate out major, workflow breaking changes before they make them but things seem like they may be headed in the correct direction for now.
The latest update to the extension added a ton of complexity and clicks to what should be simple password management and form filling. I guess unless this gets fixed I will be canceling my annual subscription renewal and would encourage anyone else to do so as well since money talk.sResposta do programador

It used to have a separated link/button for user or password copy and now there is a inline menu to show which one you need to copy. It is one more click needed against the claimed user experience update.
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 16392067 , há um anoFor the most part it's great, but I can't give 5 stars when they take a great UI and change it up and make it look like it's from 2008.
- Avaliado em 3 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18747589 , há um anoVery good password manager, but the new UI sucks and I had to downgrade. I have to find a small button before filling and why making the filling elements and all my passwords in one place?

However new round design is still shit
Dislike the new design and UX. Why do I have to find Fill button to just fill with selected credentials instead of simply clicking on whole element? Why do I have to make one more click to copy password or username?
Username is less contrast than before. Letters are a lot less readable.
So many more terrible UI and UX decisions made.
Enshittification is real.Resposta do programador

- This new passphrase generator that only lets you generate 6 words or more is absolutely dreadful. They've said it's by design, so now I'm questioning whether or not to keep it. Half the sites we use won't accept a passphrase that long, so it's very difficult to manually shorten each password.
