Szkopuł Utils por Adam Duda

A collection of various QOL improvements and additional features for the site szkopul.edu.pl. Some of the features include:
- Virtual contests:
-> Add tasks
-> Set score hiding and calculation options
-> Set time and simulate a real contest
- Task TODO list
- Inline task statements view and on-the-same-page statement view
- Preferred language for submitting solutions
- Score hiding (shows only initial testing reports)
- Notes for tasks
- And more QOL improvements like:
-> Enter actually searches stuff now
-> Re-positioned the contact button so it doesnt interfere with the interactable elements anymore
-> Added chomik
