Major feature release introducing custom preset management with full CRUD
operations, right-click context menu integration, recently used widths
tracking, and default width change from 60% to 70%.

Custom Preset Management

• Create up to 4 user-defined presets (+ 4 built-in = 8 total)
• Save current width with custom name via "Save Current" button
• Edit modal for renaming and adjusting preset width
• Delete presets with confirmation
• Favorites marking with star toggle for most-used presets
• Drag-and-drop reordering with visual feedback
• Keyboard reorder: Alt+Up/Down arrows for accessibility

Context Menu Integration
