This is a great extension, very helpful and from what I can tell, it works perfectly every single time. I only wish that the author would make this extension compatible with Thunderbird as well.

I am accessing this plugin's page on 2019/09/26. The plugin appears to be working just fine currently across a few different websites that I frequent (funny enough, even here on 'addons.mozilla.org' as of this review). For user 14283278 - Is it the lightbox notification that appears before entering the site or the website itself after that notification? This specific plugin copies the NAME of the link, not the link path itself - for this, it does exactly that, with the minimum amount of permissions access perfectly.

A basic addon that adds a often-used feature, especially useful for web developers.

I reported this app wrongly few days back. Copy Link Text was NOT responsible for the crazy behavior I was getting. Apologies, and thanks for this great little app!

This is the best add-on of its kind and the only one that copies links as text without first having to select the link. Right-clicking alone is enough. This is crucial because it saves time and needless effort.

I had previously asked if the developer would consider adding the option to show an icon for the extension in the Context Menu, in order to make it stand out from the in-built Firefox item "Copy Link Location". The two entries are too similiar at first glance, and I had kept clicking the wrong one. The developer was kind to make this change in version 1.6.1, as can be seen in the screenshot.

The context menu entry clearly stands out now. This further improves what had already been excellent add-on.
