por Utilizador do Firefox 14302433 , há 7 anos It works, but some sites get messy styles with it. It's up to you if this is a big problem.
Examples:
- https://photos.google.com/ The site doesn't work properly without the scrollbar. I.e. the photos do not load;
- http://txti.es/about The text instead of being in the center in a single column, occupies the whole horizontal space and is even clipped on the right side;
- http://lukesmith.xyz/ It's a bit like the above mess, but in this case, the text on the lower side of my screen it's not visible. I can't scroll down either;
- https://web.whatsapp.com/ (use of whastapp web required) On this one it's a small nitpick: the text input box on the bottom of conversations is a bit clipped.

Indeed there is a button for enable or disable the scrollbar, but it will become a nuisance when Firefox closed and re-opened. It will hide the scrollbars as default at Firefox re-open even though in the previous session I have select "show" when closing the browser. When I want to show the pages' scrollbars as a default I'd have to open Add-On option and disable the extension. In general it need to have a "default show" or "default hide" option.
