Tried 2.8.0 - 2.8.7. None of them work consistently.
-----------------------------------------
The new version works for a day, then fails to detect any link. Reinstalling the addon and restaing Firefox make it work again, but only briefly. And I have to set up the customized command each time. I also need to ask it to detect direct links, or nothing shows up.
Also, when it is working, it detects way too many clips. The new clips are added to the top one by one, so the m3u8 link keeps moving down and is difficult to click. I suggest to add newly found links to the bottom. It also seems to ignore the "This tab"/"All tabs" settings and shows all.
When it worked, it was absolutely fantastic! I use it together with ffmpeg, but with user-command.

Some tips: m3u8 link detected in firefox work better in potplayer, I think the reason is that jellyfin sends too much encoding option to chrome in the link. - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Sonic111 , há 5 meses

To the user below complaining there is no toolbar button, look for the jigsaw-shaped icon in the top right-hand corner, click it and the menu should contain the icon for Stream Detector (if not, ensure you have the add-on enabled, and if in private browser ensure you have "allow in private session" checked in the options) - Avaliado em 4 de 5por Hedayati , há 8 meses

(using FF 115.14.0 esr) - I completly supprt this addon. it i a time saver ween you have a website that dose not support yt-dlp (formerly known a youtube-dl).
It conecnts the stream files thogeter. Also it is useful to refresh the page to get all of the strings, than it is easyer to find the string you want. - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18384358 , há um ano

Granted, so far I've only tried it one time. But it worked! - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 14821525 , há um ano

It doesn't capture anything unless you reload the page.
