I already use the latest version, and it has some problem with downloading images from the Posts or Tagged section.

If you press the download button from Posts and it doesn't download anything, this plugin will eat your RAM until the browser stops responding because it ran out of memory.

My normal Firefox RAM usage is usually 1-2 GB, but when this problem happened it skyrocketed to 5-7 GB (and probably even more if I have more RAM.)

I think there's something wrong with this plugin, and can you please fix it?

Also, you can't download stuff from a post link. You have to be in the profile account to be able to download it.

    This add-on is really useful and easy to use. The only downside is that it removes your like instantly after you've given one on a post. It's been like this for years. If only it could be fixed, I'd happily give it 5 stars.

    The download button does not appear everywhere and if this add-on is active, it will also slow down the page loading.

    Back to working smoothly, great extension. Only issue I'd raise is reels downloaded from a users page aren't saved with the time of the upload, but the current real time.

    sometimes works but uses crazy resources and lags my entire firefox every time I open a new ig page. have found another 'downloader for instagram' extension that made me realize I didn't know ig could be so fast.

    This extension led to me not being able to access Instagram at all. As soon as I disabled it, access returned.

    Confirming this is indeed broken, first image appears very zoomed, subsequent pictures appear grey, and no download button.

    Hope it gets fixed because until now it's been a great app.

    Thank you for this great add-on.
    Unfortunately now it seems it's broken: the pictures are extremely zoomed and often the download buttons are not visible.

    broken by now. pics are extra zoomed, download button on preview pane disappeared and still makes instagram really slow and even crash after preview several dozen pics

    It worked great until a few days ago. Unfortunately, the download function no longer works properly. Photos almost always work, but downloading videos is no longer possible. I would be happy if someone took a look at it and the problem can be solved.

    When working the app deserves the five stars I gave. I tested a lot of similars, this one is the best. But Instagram is constantly changing things and from time to time, the app need to be updated to follow the changes made. The 20 of october 2024, I cannot download videos in the feed, and can't download stories too. Hoping hawkynawa will update the app. soon. With thanks for the work done.
