There should be no trust in such an app from a private developer to manage someone’s passwords without knowledge of how the program works.

- "KeeForm development started a long a time ago ... in 2005. The source code of the KeePass add-on and the browser extensions are available under the terms of the GNU General Public License. A GitHub repository to host the source is on the to-do list"
Seriously? 20 years you can't upload source to GitHub, which would take you 5 minutes to do? Very strange.
Edited: Yes, it was not very visible from the side, probably because of extra site content filtering. Would be good to add link to github in extension page description on addons.mozilla.org - I liked it. Took a while to learn that you needed to click on the extension itself for it to autofill but I got there in the end. Though, I'm honestly not sure if this offers much benefit over global auto-type features already present. Overall it did its job, but in terms of alternatives it's a 3.5/5 star feature in my opinion.
