This update improves error handling for external API calls, ensuring you get the best experience, even when one of the supporting APIs are having a hiccup.

Additionally you now have a button to reload your institutional settings. They might change and this will be the most convenient way to update them. I didn't make it fully automatic, so the extension has no need to "phone home", which can be a bit creepy, even when it is innocent.
