* Add the option to group bookmarks by date. You can collapse these sections by clicking the date. (Issue #4)
* Add option to hide the bottom toolbar (Issue #4)
* Fetching more bookmarks will no longer clear the popup before drawing a larger list of bookmarks. We now append to the bottom of the list. This is needed to preserve collapsed section state when fetching new bookmarks.
