This is really useful if you don't wont to watch some video but want to go to the channel of that video. On /watch page these shortcuts will still take you to the channel of the video you watching and not to the channel of focused relevant video (from the right column).

- Add an option to change how links are opened, with anchor.click() or with window.open(). Either one should work.
- For shortcuts that open links in new tabs to work (like Reddit
g:open post image in new tab) you will need to allow the website to open pop-ups.
Fixed:- The 'Enter' key will now correctly open currently focused post or any other focused element.
- If current post is a poll, the first focusable option will now be correctly focused and other post-related shortcuts will not break.
