I've been using SignalHire for six months -- it really saves a ton of time. You can find the necessary contacts in just a couple of clicks through the browser extension. The database is up-to-date, although occasionally you'll encounter outdated information. The price is reasonable and pays off quickly. Customer support is responsive. Definitely recommend for sales and recruiting.
