- Despite what some people say, this extension is very easy to use and simple and has worked flawlessly for years and it is still working and almost bug-free.
But is it still relevant after Mozilla updated the "Firefox multi-account containers" extension 6 days ago (Oct 25, 2023)? Is there a feature comparison somewhere? - Avaliado em 1 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 17507252 , há 2 anos
- Avaliado em 5 de 5por Skedaddler , há 2 anosThis is exactly what I needed all these years. Finally I don't have a constant mess of dozens of tabs and multiple windows taking up taskbar space. It's so much easier to keep track of everything now. I put the addon button in the upper-left corner, replacing the default Firefox button, stylized it with custom CSS, and now it's perfect.
- Avaliado em 1 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 18002661 , há 2 anosThis is less "simple tab groups", and more "complex tab and window organisation". I think the extension is let down both by its name, and by various articles that claim it offers similar functionality to chrome's tab grouping. It's also relatively unintuitive to use.

- Amazing addon, absolute time and lifesaver when reinstalling the OS or if you love having a lot of tabs but hate the clutter. if there was one feature I wished it had it would be setting a custom backup path as my download folder isn't backed up and goes along with my previous OS during reinstall.

- Why are so many permissions needed for this tab manager? There should be more optional permissions. Other tab managers work well without requiring (for example):
"(Access your data for all websites): for tab thumbnails and catch/move/reopen tabs in needed containers/groups" or
"downloads: for creating auto backups" - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 17541701 , há 2 anos
- Hello and thank you for this addon, it's really helpful!
I do have one MAJOR ISSUE though: ordering groups according to my liking: drag and drop is a pain in the neck when you have 60+ groups!
Is there a simpler way to reorganise groups like with arrows for example or "cut and paste" or "move here"?
Having a "detailed view" (like in Windows explorer) in Manage Groups for example would make rearranging groups a lot easier.
Just the name of the groups without the full list of tabs inside each group: would that be possible please?
If an easier way is already available or if someone has found a workaround could you please let me know?
Another suggestion I have:
-In Manage Groups tabs inside a group could have check-boxes in order to select multiple ones to be moved to other groups
Cheers! - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 16894726 , há 3 anosHave only been using it for a few days, but so far I have found it to be an absolute pleasure to use. Lifts Firefox functionality to a whole new level.
Navigate quickly and easily from one group to another, move tabs from group to group easily, and at any time reload all tabs in a group with one simple click. Easy to customize, plus a manual/auto backup feature.
It's a 10 out of 10 from me. Allow 30 minutes to familiarize yourself with it, and set it up the way you prefer. Recommended. - Avaliado em 5 de 5por JallaJenkins , há 3 anosThis addon really helped me. I'm able to have multiple complex projects on the go simply by toggling between different browser "desktops." Great work!

It works fine most of the time, until, randomly and out of the blue, the display of tab groups and tabs would show additional information in front of the tab group or tab names.
For example, if the current tab title is "Simple Tab Groups...", what I saw on the tab name in STG is "@1:#1495:i1487 (36:3.570)Simple Tab Groups..."
It looks like the info before the ")" is a kind of a tab number and the info inside the brackets are a time stamp (minutes:second). The actual tab/tab group name did not get modified, but these annoying, additional information is displayed.
This have happened multiple times already. The work around was to restore from previous backup, and it would work fine, until the next re-occurrence.
