New Features
- URL Pattern scope — Attach notes to any URLs matching a custom pattern using * wildcards. For example, example.com/blog/ matches every blog post on a site, .example.com/ matches all subdomains, and example.com//edit matches every edit page

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the revisit bubble appearing on every website randomly — it now only appears on sites that have a note
- Fixed the revisit bubble not reappearing when navigating back to a noted page
- Fixed OS-level system notifications appearing instead of the in-page bubble
- Fixed URL Pattern notes incorrectly being tied to a single page URL instead of the pattern
- Fixed pin, delete, tag, and reminder actions failing silently on URL Pattern notes
- Fixed new notes in domain/path/pattern scopes incorrectly storing the specific page URL
- Fixed "URLs Tracked" stat counting pattern and wildcard notes as regular URLs

- Dashboard now shows a url pattern pill badge on pattern-matched note groups
- Dashboard URL Patterns filter now includes both path and wildcard pattern notes
- Popup scope bar layout improved — four scope buttons no longer overflow on smaller screens
- Removed unused notifications browser permission
