Does exactly needed, although i wish that there was a keyboard shortcut to switch to previous active tab!

Hi, I added the following keyboard shortcut in version 1.8: Alt+Shift+Left Arrow. Using Ctrl+Alt+Left Arrow might be more comfortable. You can change it through the Add-ons page. See: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/manage-extension-shortcuts-firefox
