- Version 5.2 to 7.1 all say they will work for FF 51.0 and later. When I tried 7.1 it did not work. I am using FF 56.0. The strange thing is that Mozilla addons thinks I am using FF 50.0 and gives me this warning:
This add-on requires a newer version of Firefox (at least version 51.0). You are using Firefox 50.0.
So I am using Version 5.1 and it works correctly. - I used it for 1 second. Now I am back to the "old Zoom Page" and still using "old" Firefox 52.4 ..ESR.. (Manually updating :-) ) together with "latest" PaleMoon. I don't need a Trabant Browser... Mozilla..haha.. Remember, I don't come back after december.. :-(

- on win7 64 I'm using this on FF version 51.0.1 as this is the last version w/o that prompt on the user name fields that was annoying.
I have jumped ship from NoSquint Plus as it's having issues with versions 60+ only. I wanted to use an older build but the author codes time bombs in this addons that disables it's self after 90 days which is bullshit so we can't even use a previous version if the current version is not working. So my first question is does your addon have this time bomb too?
On another note; when I set the global zoom and text the specified text global zoom gets ignored?
Also I don't see any context menu under the Tools menu - Avaliado em 2 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 13394801 , há 8 anosThe non-WE version displayed a - and +; you just clicked on one or the other. Now you have to click to activate the icon, then increase or decrease type size. Typical evolution of simple apps. Add more goodies, using up our time to navigate. This is progress? Looking for a replacement for this add-on.
- Very nice addon, unfortunately limited because of Firefox politics.
Does its job even with Beta Fx (v57 b11....)
The "extra" feature I suggest is : a way to pin (save and block) the settings chosen for a site. so that no accidental change can occur ... and so that the shortcut "ctrl+0" brings back the "fixed" if changes were made to a site setting.
Thanks anyway for the intelligence your addon adds to Firefox Resposta do programador
publicado a há 8 anosWhen Firefox 57 is released, the only add-ons that will work are those that use the new Firefox WebExtensions API’s.
With the new Firefox WebExtensions API’s, it is just not possible to make Zoom Page WE work the same way as the original Zoom Page.- When I install ZoomPage WE on Firefox with MANY tabs open (like 1800) the browser immediately hangs. If it does not then just hit save on preferences or open a page within new tab. It doesn't happen with small number of tabs open.
The old extension works fine.
OS: ArchLinux, FX 56.0.1 64bit.
Thanks for developing this extension, I cannot rate it sensibly now, but I will when the bug is fixed :)

Edit: The new version does not have this bug, many thanks for developer for his amazing support! Fantastic work!Resposta do programador
publicado a há 8 anosPlease can you provide some more information:
- Are the 1800 tabs actually open (i.e. have the tabs been selected and the pages loaded) or are the tabs just pending (i.e. tabs have not been selected and the pages have not been loaded) ?
- Are a lot of the pages in the tabs from the same website ?
- What are your settings for: Zoom Mode, Zoom Type, Default Full Zoom Level, Default Text Zoom Level and Default Minimum Size ?
- Is the "When Firefox starts" option set to "Show your windows and tabs from last time" ?
Please email your answers to: dw-dev@gmx.com - The page [ https://www.msn.com/en-ca/entertainment/entertainmenttv/cancelled-renewed-or-ending/ss-AAtig0B?li=AAggNb9&fullscreen=true#image=1 ] and similar slideshow pages work fine when ZoomPageWE is disabled, but display a blank screen when it's enabled (regardless of zoom setting).
Also, hopefully future versions of the WE platform will permit restoration of some of the previous functionality unsupported in Web Extensions. All-in-all an add-on that's very good at doing what it says it will do.
Not sure if ZoomPage handles responding to the touchpad pinch to zoom in/out or if that's internal to Firefox; but I wish I could set it to only zoom with pinch if I'm holding [shift] or [ctrl] or the like.Resposta do programador
publicado a há 8 anosCannot reproduce this problem with Full Zoom, Text Zoom or automatic AutoFit enabled.
Another of your add-ons may be conflicting with Zoom Page WE.
Which operating system are you using? Which version of Firefox are you using? - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 12946553 , há 8 anosIt works just like in the previous ZoomPage, but some sites (i suspect html5 but have not inspected it thouroughly) make the autofit crazy. It zooms in and out for seconds until it gives up to 100% zoom. This behaviour makes it unusable as it is for me.
A sample page where it bugs : https://www.grazia.fr/
Edit : Thanks, it's much better now ! - Avaliado em 1 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 13366908 , há 8 anosEverything is much, much slower than with the old one.
"View Image" --> "Zoom" is f*cking slow, it crashes the whole Firefox.
I switched back to the old one, and everything is MUCH faster than with the new WE. Image zoom is blazingly fast.
I will not change to this WE-version unless i really have to. This sucks so bad that I just might switch to a different add-on just because of this.Resposta do programador
publicado a há 8 anosZoom Page WE 7.1 should fix these issues.
If Text Zoom or Minimum Font Size are applied to a page, then Zoom Page WE will be a little slower on that page than the legacy Zoom Page.
