de lukenofurther, 5 ani în urmăTried to copy an emoji with skin tone applied into other programs - what pasted was the emoji without skin tone plus a square with the desired skin tone. Tried 2 different programs (Slack and Notes on MacOS) with exactly the same result.

Probably the textboxes in which you pasted (Slack and Notes on macOS) don't support skin tones (so UNICODE emojis with skin tones).
