My computer which is new is pretty fast. On my last desktop running XP and Windows 7 it was functioning ok but with all the slow downs provided by courtesy of Windows 'enhancements' it was becoming difficult to use. Now it works fine and saves my data from flying around the globe to nefarious entities at lightspeed. Most people don't care. I do. Thank God for Ghostery.

Seems to work like a dream and doesn't grind my laptop to a halt. Used in conjunction with uBlock Origin.

In China, it seems that it can not play a very effective role.
