Blacklister for pracc.com de marqdevx

Locally black-list teams from pracc.com and display it on the web, so you can see in red the teams you added on your list.

Also saves the reason why you added the team onto the blacklist, so you have the inmformation, you can just use it as a labelling tool.

This extension just changes web-content and saves the data locally on your browser.
