LibreWolf (and some Firefox configurations) can cause Date.now() to return identical timestamps when called in rapid succession. Claude.ai’s frontend relies on monotonic timestamps and freezes completely when it receives duplicate values. See the original fix for more details.
This extension runs before any page scripts on claude.ai and replaces Date.now() with a version that guarantees strictly increasing values. If the browser returns a timestamp that is not greater than the last seen one, the extension simply increments it by one millisecond.
