Removes the yellow side bar and logo on the Chicago Manual of Style website and centers the page. This was just a quick hobby project inspired by someone I know so while I did my best to briefly test it, no guarantees that it doesn't mess up the formatting somewhere else on the CMOS website that I didn't check.
