cool addon, but what about work with .raw .yml .xml .js .fb2 and other user-defined extensions?

I love the idea, but I have two issues with it:
1) I'd love to be able to enter an RGB color code instead of choosing from a list of 6 combinations,
2) The 'Automatically activate' option is broken - every time I open a .txt, or refresh it, it's random whether the extension takes effect or not.
