Туршилтын хувилбар болох ойролцоогоор 2 сая үгийн сантай толио гаргаснаас хойш даруй 16 жил өнгөрчээ. Энэ удаагийн шинэчлэлээр хуучин үгийн сангаа цоо шинээр зохион байгуулж, 60 мянга орчим, тэдгээрийн хувилал болох 2 тэрбум гаруй үгийн санг бэлтгэлээ.

Энэхүү толины онцлог гэвэл академич Ц. Дамдинсүрэн нарын 'Монгол үсгийн дүрмийн толь' бүтээлийг баримтлан туурвисан болно.
