This software, including the browser extension, its source code, compiled
artifacts, bundled WebAssembly modules, machine-learning model weights
(whether stored in plaintext, encrypted, obfuscated, or embedded in any
binary format), training data, configuration files, documentation, and
all associated assets (collectively, the "Software"), is the proprietary
and confidential work of Thomas Friedel.

The Software is NOT open source. No permission is granted, expressly or
by implication, to anyone to copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute,
sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the Software or any portion of it,
except as expressly permitted below.

1. Permitted use
   You may install and use the Software as an end-user browser extension
   solely for its intended purpose (identifying low-quality or automated
   content while browsing). This permission is granted only when the
   Software is obtained through an official distribution channel
   authorized by the copyright holder (e.g., a signed release on the
   Chrome Web Store, Mozilla Add-ons, or a release directly published by
   the copyright holder).
2. Prohibited use
   Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, you MAY
   NOT:
   (a) copy, redistribute, or re-host the Software or any part of it,
   whether modified or unmodified;
   (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
   derive the source code, algorithms, model architecture, or model
   weights of the Software, except to the extent such activity is
   expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
   limitation;
   (c) extract, decrypt, export, or reuse the bundled machine-learning
   model weights, tokenizer data, or feature-distribution data, in
   whole or in part, for any purpose including but not limited to
   training, fine-tuning, or distilling another model;
   (d) use the Software, its outputs, or any data derived from it to
   train, evaluate, or benchmark any machine-learning system;
   (e) create derivative works based on the Software;
   (f) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other
   proprietary notices contained in the Software;
   (g) sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit
   the Software.
3. No warranty
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR
   ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
   CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION
   WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
4. Distribution via official app stores
   The copyright holder grants to Google LLC (for the Chrome Web
   Store), Mozilla Corporation (for Mozilla Add-ons / addons.mozilla.org),
   Microsoft Corporation (for the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store), and any
   other app-store operator with whom the copyright holder enters a
   distribution agreement, the non-exclusive rights necessary to host,
   distribute, display, and make available the compiled browser-extension
   artifacts to their users, solely for end-user installation through
   those stores. This grant exists only to the extent necessary to enable
   lawful distribution via those official channels. Nothing in this
   license authorizes end users or third parties to redistribute the
   Software independently of those channels.
5. Termination
   Any use of the Software in violation of this license automatically
   terminates the rights granted under Section 1. On termination, you
   must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your
   possession.
