API Fetch timeout reduced to tackle rate limiting.

Name of the extension updated to GifForces.

Notification message updated for solutions that don't pass tests to show the exact error like TLE, MLE instead of just 'Wrong Answer'.

The extension has been revamped and various issues have been fixed.


1) Instead of checking for notifications all the time, the extension now checks for the result only when a submission is made. This makes it way more efficient and consumes lesser resources.

2) Browser Notifications introduced. Incase you are visiting some other site or using your code-editor, you will still be notified when the submission result is ready.

3) Support for all codeforces sites including m1, m2, m3. Recently, backup sites were introduced to manage the load and now the extension works with these sites as well.

4) Faster results. Earlier the polling interval was set to 2 seconds but now it has been reduced and the notification is displayed almost instantly.

1. Reduced latency : I've added the gifs locally to the extension.
2. Lower Intervals : API calls are made only once every two seconds . If your result is being processed , the interval is set to a fifth of a second.
