I don’t know how if this is the intended behavior, but when enabled all video posts are still there when scrolling the front page, the videos are just not playing anymore.

It's currently not possible to completely disable videos. This is why it's labeled as a beta feature.

Instagram's code uses the Observer API to fetch new posts when scrolling. If videos are entirely hidden, this functionality stops working. Additionally, Instagram relies on a secret hash for each fetch request, making it nearly impossible to modify or bypass.

Works like a charm BUT... Is constantly spamming donation popups... It's up to you what's more annoying IG withput IGPlus or IGPlus itself.

Very handy extension to fight Instagram's addicting design, but the daily popup to donate is extremely annoying. I understand the need for support and asking for a donation once, but this is too much.

Really an excellent extension that I'm grateful for. It gives us back the old Instagram experience we had before Meta encrappified it completely. My only problem is that the Stories bar at the top is always hidden for some reason, regardless of how I toggle the Stories settings in the extension. As most of my friends post stories I'd like to be able to see them but I'm not having any luck even with the recommended troubleshooting. Aside from that, the extension is perfect.
