If SuperAntiSpyware is a desktop app, it probably operates on the Network driver layer. Since Browser Guard is operates at the browser layer, if my assumption is correct, SuperAntiSpyware would get access to block first. Which might be why you see so many blocks from it and not Browser Guard.
