How It Works:
Open the extension popup from your browser toolbar
Click "Add Replacement" to create a new replacement pair
Enter the original name in the first field
Enter your preferred replacement in the second field
Either click "Apply to Page" for immediate replacement, or enable "Auto-replace on page load" for automatic application
Remove individual replacements or clear all at once as needed
