    Great home screen extension. Does everything I want it to. It would be nice, but not necessary, to be able to put a picture as the background, rather than just a solid color. Other than that, it is great!

    Very nice and simple! The only thing I wish for is that it would auto generate an icon for the bookmarks like safari does on it's new tab page.

    Very good, I start using this since the firefox home layout/UI kinda change recently?
    But i wish i can also upload and change the background image instead just solid color background (unless i'm missing something)

    Thank you. For custom background, you can do that using custom CSS settings. E.g. paste this bit: "body { background: url(https://picsum.photos/2000/1400) center no-repeat; }" and see what happens.

    i found it very useful and very nice in adding the icons. i had a problem jusst bacuase i can't export anymore the json file. I like to have all my firefox istances sync'd with all the nice icons in the right palces.

    It's rather tedious to add icons for every link manually, and it would save a lot of time if I could paste from clipboard instead of having to save it to a drive or search for a suitable image. More importantly, when I enable your add-on, I have to click into the search bar every time I want to search for something or visit a website I don't already have linked. Could this functionality be added back in? (double-checked and "accessibility.typeaheadfind" is True)

    You can also drag&drop images onto bookmarks.
    As for the searchbar focus, unfortunately this is not possible. When a new tab with a custom page opens - the focus goes to that page and there’s no way to programmatically move it to the addressbar.

    Really great but I cannot select any themes even with "Allow Github" turned on. All I have is "none" as an option in the dropdown menu for themes.

    Edit: I disabled and re-enabled the extension and that fixed the issue, although a browser restart might've also work if I'd tested it.

    I'm loving it. Is there a way in the css edit to make it to display a fixed max number of columns? That would be perfect for me. ^^

    Hi, happy that you like it. You can either set the max grid width in "Customize" section to be a multiplier of your desired no of columns (so there would be fewer columns on smaller screens) or set the fixed number (e.g. to 8) in css: main.bookmarks { grid-template-columns: repeat(8, minmax(var(--icon-width),1fr)); }

    Firefox on Mac - no icons for links are displayed, and there is no way to enable them.

    you have to add them. Just drag an icon image from your desktop onto a bookmark.

    this is exactly what i was looking for. best homepage by far - total customization in whatever way you like.

    don't let the simple default layout and images fool you. you can make this look however you want and include whatever bookmarks (and folders of bookmarks!) that you want.

    a HUGE plus is that you can backup and restore your customizations. couldn't be happier. thank you!

    Searched so long for a good locking alternative to the scrappy old gui of firefox standard bookmarks.

    VERY WELL DONE. NICE LOOKING. EASY TO USE AND CONFIGURE. FAST.

    Also good for touchscreens :-)
    Unfortunately not working with FF for Android or Apple. This would be the absolute killer app for mobile devices :-)

    Yeah... I've had the same feeling yesterday. I bought an iphone, which on apple's website shows nice apps, but mine just shows blank screen... (maybe I should turn it on somehow?)
