Yes, it's related to Firefox 131 and has only been fixed in PWAsForFirefox 2.12.5.

I can't link it directly because URLs are not allowed here, but if you go to the GitHub repository, you should see PWAsForFirefox 2.12.5 on the right side under the releases section. Then, open the release and you should be able to download firefoxpwa-2.12.5-x86_64.msi under the assets section.
