de Waap, un an în urmăYou cannot rely on this extension (or anything like it, for that matter) to replace personal research and critical thinking.
The political biases of the creators with regards to who is part of the trans community, what is or is not transphobic, what language is or is not appropriate, etc. directly impact the TOS and intended purpose of this extension, so if your politics diverge at all (which they likely will, just because of how many stances there are to have), labels on accounts and pages may mislead you.
On top of this, users can and do falsely flag accounts as trans-friendly or transphobic (I've personally been marked friendly before for simply being part of a trans-positive group which is not what the label is meant to mean, but this feature can also easily be used maliciously), and high numbers of people using the extension results in false or misleading flags having a huge impact on the amount of engagement a user gets, which homogenises what LGBT+ talking points and perspectives get seen online.
Extensions such as this can be handy at times, but without attached explanation for why a user is marked the way they are, it acts less like an informative tool and more like a prosthetic gut instinct with someone else's biases baked into it instead of your own.
I'm personally removing this extension in response to a blog that should qualify for the trans-friendly label being irreversably marked as transphobic by the creators due to political disagreement, likely on the specifics of the relationship between the intersex and transgender communities. The blog owner does a lot of really important outreach and IRL community work, and has unique and important perspectives that a lot of people will no longer engage with because of the false label.
It was nice to have quick information to look to when something didn't quite sit right with me because I have a lot of trouble trusting my own instincts, but on further meditation I'm not OK with a tool like this deciding how I should feel for me.
If you do choose to install the extension, please consider its labels an invitation to inspect further and figure out why that label is there, instead of simply taking it as an objective marker of who is or is not safe. Nobody can judge what is or is not safe for you except yourself.

- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede eirikr, 30 de minute în urmăIt's gotten worse over the years. With the amount of false flags it has now it's worse than useless, it's actively harmful to trans people.
- Evaluat(ă) cu 5 din 5 stelede marko, 4 zile în urmăgood addon, NEVER had any issues with false flagging
- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede Pluto, 4 zile în urmăThe 5-star reviewers are primarily TERFs, just an FYI.
Anyways, yes, this extention USED to be a valuable tool for rooting out harmful people, but nowadays it has become weaponized by TERFs to belittle, ostracize, and invalidate large portions of the queer community.
False flags are pinned against trans men, transmasculine, intersex, nonbinary, and queer people, as well as people of color. They are marked red simply for speaking about the oppression they face and their own experiences, meanwhile TERFs who openly call for the deaths, detransitioning, and rape of transmasculine people remain green, "safe." Tell me- how that is fair? How can someone like that be a safe and trustworthy person in the queer community?
This is not, and never has been, a tool to "call out misogyny." It is an outdated, jumbled mess of code that TERFs are using to make lists of people that don't agree with them. Don't use this addon. - Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede Chara, 5 zile în urmăUsed to be phenomenal, then slowly over time became utterly useless. People whom I followed on social media became marked as red for speaking out against transphobia, whilst people marked green spouted hate. Unbelievably un-moderated and a useless extension in 2025.
- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede Utilizator Firefox 19603959, 8 zile în urmăAs it is now, it's very flawed. Many people are falsely marked as transphobic constantly.

- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede spons, 10 zile în urmădespite what the devs may say, the extension is pro-radfem and anti-trans; trans men, transmascs, and nonbinary people are marked as transphobic for existing and fighting against bigotry. not even the transfems and trans women it seems to be oriented to are safe; if they don't follow the radfem thinking line, even they will get marked red.
- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede Toothless NEO, 15 zile în urmăI've seen numerous false positives reported here, many on radfems who are openly and repeatedly transphobic towards NonBinary people. I've also seen many NonBinary and intersex people marked red for seemingly no reason.
On top of that this extension doesn't seem to be updated anymore and is causing issues in the UI of certain sites. Noticed graphical glitches in YouTube already. This is definitely an addon to avoid. - Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede helloworldp3, 17 zile în următhis addon is outright unreliable - trans-friendly sites are marked red (transphobic) while individuals who express hostility towards transmascs and nonbinary people are marked green (trans-friendly.) this addon is completely unreliable, and the bizarre marking of people as red despite not them being transphobic, or even despite them being trans-friendly, makes this extension effectively useless

- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede KC O, 23 de zile în urmăi have used this extension since 2019 i think and for many many years i was grateful for it. it helped me identify terfs especially on innocuous posts where they said feminist things i would theoretically agree with (e.g."men have historically been favored by patriarchal society and that's why we need affirmative action"). but i now see this extension being used vindictively against other trans people who just have different opinions, being used to hurt and isolate trans women, men and nb ppl who don't say exactly the right words in the right order. in the shinigami guidelines, even your out of touch granny who is saying accidentally transphobic stuff but still has the spirit is considered "not enough to mark as anti-trans", but people are being marked in red for saying they support both trans women's fight against transmisogyny and other trans ppl's fight against transphobia, if they are seen to be not explicitly saying the transmisogyny is worse. even if that is slightly transmisogynistic, how is that worse than out-of-touch granny? why does the extension mark as green even people who are being actively transphobic about trans men and nb people?
"all trans men deserve to die" is 1. not the same vent as "all men deserve to die" and 2. a transphobic thing to say! and there are people marked as trans friendly who say these things!
i wish the devs would make it consistent-- either no hate speech about any trans groups, and/or a little misguided venting/uniformed statements are okay.
i'm just tired of watching my favorite trans women creators get marked red for no reason - Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede Mercurial Kara, 24 de zile în următhis addon may have once been useful, but i can't recommend it at this point. there's far too many transmasc and intersex people who are marked as red for no reason and far too many transandrophobic and intersexist trans people marked as green who should be marked red for this to be worth using.

- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede paul, 25 de zile în urmăDownloaded this to see if the discrimination that's been brought to my attention was as bad as it was described to me. I have a tumblr blog where I post about clouds shaped like animals and lo and behold I'm marked red, I don't know how to be more clear when I say I don't post or talk about anything besides clouds shaped like animals. The only thing related to the queer community on my blog is my bio where I have "transmasc it/they" writen so people know what to refer to me as... so yeah... it does more harm than good and it looks like I need to make a new pin post so I'm not auto blocked for, let me remind you, posting pictures of clouds shaped like animals and I guess being a trans man
- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede annathebanana, 25 de zile în urmăThere was a time when this extension was helpful but it has long since past. Too many trans and intersex folks are flagged red and too many terfs are flagged green or completely ignored. It does more harm than good and spreads more hate than protection. Another review lever was right, you can't trust a colour coded hyperlink. You need to make decisions for yourself and this extension is not a tool to aid you with that

- Evaluat(ă) cu 5 din 5 stelede Ezri, 25 de zile în urmăContrary to what people claim, I have never once seen a false red flag. You can easily investigate the account, and find something horribly transphobic, a lot of the accounts claiming to be false flags straight up believe that biological sex is an immutable reality. (Which is... bad. Regardless of if you're trans yourself.)
- Evaluat(ă) cu 2 din 5 stelede Cooper, o lună în urmăUsed to be great, but I've noticed way way too many trans people flagged red and I have to uninstall it because it's just misleading now.
- Evaluat(ă) cu 1 din 5 stelede azzyskunk, o lună în urmăUsed to be good, with showing off Anti LGBTQ/ Queer phobic pages. Now the main page of Wikipedia is seen as "Red" (anti-LTGBTQI)
I suggest the maker of this app fixes this issue or perhaps finds a hobby. Perhaps Stamp Collecting or Meditation or UXO Collecting - Evaluat(ă) cu 5 din 5 stelede Utilizator Firefox 18748246, o lună în urmă
