Amazing extension, works great. One question I had, though: does this extension use some feature unique to Firefox to work? There's a similar extension on chrome, but it's been broken. Just wondering because I might want to figure out how to implement something similar on chrome and I want to know if it's not worth my time because it's impossible within that browser.

Thanks for the review! I don't know much about Chrome, but I don't think this uses anything Firefox-specific -- most of the work is done by the JavaScript code that is injected into the Twitter website.
