You might be accessing our services from a country with censorship, so that could be why it stops working for you for a while. That could also cause the slowness although our free plan do come with a slower speed than our premium plans.

EDIT: thank you for providing more information. Could you please email us at hello@workingvpn.com and help us debug this further? We've done some connection tests and most of our locations work. The others seem to timeout which usually means throttled/slow connection causes issues and we're not blocked fully.

Sometimes the solve is as easy as disabling another extensions that interfere with browser settings. Other times it's a bit more challenging with Work/School/Government network filtering causing connection stability issues. Either way, we'd like to figure out what your issue is so please email us with more details.
