Thank you for unshittifying YouTube. All this machine dubbing and translation has GOT to go. At least make it opt in. Your next mission: make Google Maps (app and web version) NOT make machine translation default and an extra click to see what reviewers really wrote. The extension isn't fully functional. When searching YouTube, when I play video thumbnails aloud, I often hear a robot instead of a real person. Other than that, everything is fine.

I'm sorry about that, but unfortunately I don't think there's much I can do about this issue.
Still, I’m not sure this really deserves a 2-star drop in the rating, especially if everything else is fine as you say.

Fed up with YT translating all videos into Spanish with a horrible South American or Mexican accent just because I live in Spain, and I can't do anything about it. I must thank the developer of this addon for giving us the opportunity to free ourselves from the tyranny of Alphabet Inc. and its blind imposition policies. Thanks again.

hey, chapter titles that show on mouseover in the video player started getting auto translated again, could you look into that? they're still ok in the description proper but not the play bar. thank you so much for the extension by the way!

YouTube changed a lot about their player recently.
I'll have a look in the next few days and will release a fix, thanks for letting me know.

Edit: Should be fixed with v2.17.0
