Instead of having a timestamp like "1 month ago" it gives the specific time in the user's locale time format like "6/14/2024, 11:00:17 AM" which is the United States time locale.
The source code is available here: https://github.com/RandomGamingDev/yt-times

Note: Other Youtube extensions might interfere with the extension
