One, they don't tell you that there's a limit to the number of downloads a day, which I guess is supposed to be 3. Two, I downloaded one video, then went to download another one, and immediately got the message that I had reached my download limit for the day, which is 3 downloads. I didn't do 3 downloads, I only did 1. Where are my other two?
