As a result, I can't open any of the websites whose passwords have been generated by One Password. I haven't been able to find a fix for this issue so am locked out of many of these websites.

I don't know what was changed in one of the more recent updates but it seems to be hijacking the address bar and form fields in a way that I have to click multiple times to manually enter any text. ABNOXIOUSОтвет разработчика
