Overhaul of the import system on the website

-you can now choose which library to upload to, instead of automatically opening the global library
-option to remember the last library so you don't have to choose every time
-you can reset everything in the extension settings

The extension stays simple as it was, it just points to the correct things.
All the settings are accessible in the extension settings (shocking)
