Thanks for the great work ... but:

- When exporting to Markdown, bold text is concatenated directly with the preceding word without a space.

Example output: this is a**bold** text.

Expected output: this is a **bold** text.

- Missing chat title as filename.

Expected behavior: Automatically use the current chat title as the default filename.
