This extension enables you to set a custom URL for new tabs when clicking the "+" symbol. To configure, simply open the extension and enter your desired URL.

Version 1.2
I updated the fallback URL in the extension from example.com to google.com. This means that if no custom URL is set, new tabs will now open with Google as the default homepage instead of the previous example site.
