от Пользователь Firefox 12671795, 2 года назадI appreciate "free money", but for all the promo and promises, I've never gotten a "Big Check" for more than $50...most are more like $32 - $35. And as far as following up on Cashback that I think I have coming...most of it didn't register and I have to go to the "Where's My Cash Back" page and put in all the info.
But it's free money, so I hate to complain.....

Sometimes merchants just don't report or confirm orders with us as eligible for Cash Back. Every one of our partnered merchants has its own Cash Back Terms that may exclude certain items, departments, or other things from earning Cash Back. Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page. I've literally lost hundreds of dollars since this app doesn't work. I've been promised money back, I click on what needs to be done, it's confirmed and NOTHING. It's a scam.

размещено 7 месяцев назадIf you see you are making Shopping Trips and our extension is activating, then it may be some internet traffic filtering service or VPN is active or an issue with the merchant recognizing the order as eligible for Cash Back through us. This may be why your eligible orders aren't reporting.
