Was supposed to take an online assessment. The direction says wait for the prompt to record the screen so that I can start the exam. No fucking prompt appears. I had to exit, there was nothing I can do. How is it so bad that I can't even start the exam?

I made a Mozilla account just to give this piece of trash 1 star. Tried to take my test twice and couldn't. Proctoring via web browser has to be the worst idea since those fish crawled out of the water and evolved into humans

Absolutely horrible! I would rate it as "0" stars if it was possible. I scheduled an exam, and failed to change the time-zone as I had moved (which I recognize is my fault), but still, I would expect examity to have back up solutions to an issue like this. I was unable to reschedule the exam as no more slots were open, and now I potentially might not be able to write the exam if the prof does not extend the exam due date. The customer service seemed to do their best with trying to help, but was unfruitful with their attempts.

I had to download this extension for a test that I had to take. It worked fine, but it was after I deleted it that I started having problems. Before, I could have two windows with 11 tabs open that barely went above 1.5 GB. Afterwords, one window with 7 tabs would often go above 7 GB. I had to reset Firefox entirely. I do not recommend this extension!

You are literally better off shoving a a crayon down your urethra than using this. How is a College Board this inept? I know starving children in India who could code better than this. You can't be serious with this trash. I've seen things made in Scratch by elementary schoolers more functional than this. Imagine owning a whole computer science degree and working for a "non-profit" who's CEO rakes in 1.7 million that can't even afford to pay a decent developer and instead decides to hire a company to push out this glorified spyware fetched from a hippopotamus's anal cavity.

When installing add-on, Firefox warns that this add-on will "have access to prior browser history/cache/cooke information". Do with that information what you will, but I firmly believe this add-on (whose company supposedly has "integrity" as one of its core traits) steals/sells your information.
