How It Works:
1. Click the extension icon
2. Describe your issue
3. Select what to capture (screenshot, console, network, page data)
4. Click "Capture & Open Email"
5. Review the formatted data in your email client
6. Send to your support team

To Update Konciv:
1. Navigate to hub.konciv.com
2. Click "Get Latest Konciv Updates" button
3. Cache and localStorage will be cleared automatically
4. Page will refresh with latest updates

Note: Console and network log capture is available in Chrome only. Firefox does not support the debugger API required for this feature.
