You can change notebook in extension's popup window. After changed notebook, please wait 1 min (One note server is extremely slow). I will add loading animation in next update. All sections and its pages of new selected notebook will displayed.
sub-section: I cannot create sub-section in my One Note notebook so that I cannot test sub-sections feature.
