This add-on continues to disappear from my taskbar making it impossible to switch locations. It doesn't help either that the PC app doesn't open once you download it

Hello, we'd like to remedy this issue as quick as possible. Could you send us a copy of the debug log found in the extension, under "Extension Settings", then the "Extension" section, then click on "View Debug Log" and finally click on "Copy Debug Log."

Please email this information to support@privateinternetaccess.com with the Firefox Version and the Extension Version.
