- Оценено на 2 из 5от FlashMan, 5 лет назадProlific Assisant used to be amazing with great notifications but ever since Prolific updated their site a few weeks ago where it's constantly contacting some authorization server "oauth" I keep getting logged out every several minutes with a red exclamation mark and the only way to fix it is by manually refreshing the page. It fails to fetch several studies constantly, I sometimes wondered why I don't have any studies for such a long time. So I visit the Prolific studies tab manually and behold two studies waiting for me that the notifier failed to alert me, gave me alert when I manually visited the site. You guys really need to get this fixed up with the notifier being logged out constantly, failing to be notified for studies. The original owner before it was transferred to you constantly kept it updated, it's a shame nothing is being done.

размещено 6 лет назадThere seems to be a conflict with Prolific's new authentication flow (or something). It appears are experiencing this issue even without Prolific Assistant (PA) installed but PA seems to make it worse. Prolific is working on a fix on their end (asap but its the holidays so it may be slower than that). I'm closely monitoring for any updates on this and will add any fixes on my end if required.
Edit: This issue has been fixed by the Prolific team.
